Stand near the climbing wall only when approaching to climb or leaving from a climb.
Children should be supervised at all times and should not be allowed to play or run on the mats or near the wall.
Respect other climbers and take turns on the wall, sharing routes with others when necessary.
If bringing a dog to the gym, ensure it is toilet trained, kept off the mats, away from the wall, does not disturb others, and is always on a leash.
Do not climb if an employee is not present on the premises.
Learn and practice the safe fall method as demonstrated during the initial induction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by using hand sanitizer provided by the gym.
Be aware of the gym's security measures, such as operational cameras.
Follow staff guidance and recommendations for route difficulty and climbing techniques.
Cooperate with staff in case of disputes, and follow their instructions for maintaining a safe environment.
Provide feedback and suggestions to the staff for continuous improvement of the gym experience.
