What Are Home School Classes?

Climbing skills, techniques, and physical fitness all in one

Fun with a purpose over the course of each class our climbers will experience a general introduction to fundamentals of climbing.  

If you're interested in device free time that builds confidence, problem-solving, physical strength, balance and more all while socializing in a fun group environment.  Look no further.

The kids will learn valuable climbing skills needed to start or improve their climbing, all in a fun, safe social environment!

Booking System

To facilitate easy and smooth management of classes Wall Walkers Bouldering™ has created our very own booking system, designed for simple easy management of your account.

Welcome To The Kids Class Portal!

The Kids Class Portal allows you to manage your class membership and easily book classes.

To Book a class simply go to the calendar and select the class you wish to join. Then click the book class button if space is available.

To View Class Schedules simply go to the current class schedule section below to review which classes we are currently running and what they entail.

To Manage Your Membership simply go to the memberhip section below to review your details, cancel, pause/start, or change your information.

To View Booked Classes go to the booked class section below, this will show you a history of classes you have taken and classes which you have currently booked.

Getting Started

Accessing the Portal

To access the Kids Class Portal:

  1. Go to the Wall Walkers Bouldering™ website
  2. Click on the "Member Portal`" button in the top navigation
  3. Enter your Login ID number. You can find this in your emails,
  4. Follow the login prompts to login to the Portal

Managing Classes

Booking a Class

Follow these simple steps to book a class for your child:

    1. Scroll to the Calendar section of the page and review the options
    2. Review the available classes and check to see their booking capacity by their colour displayed on the map. Colours displayed below

  1. Select your preferred class date and time
  2. Before booking a session you should make sure you have an active One by One Plan (pay by class) or The Ascent Plan (membership) to find out how to create one see the detail section below for your preferred type
  3. Confirm your booking
  4. Receive confirmation email

Canceling or Rescheduling

Need to make changes? You can easily cancel or reschedule a class through the portal:

    1. Find your booking in the "Booked Classes" section

  1. Click the booking button
  2. Choose the cancel class button, Do note that classes can only be cancelled if they are greater than 24 hours away
  3. Confirm your change
  4. If you are using the One by One Plan then your account will be credited the pass you cancelled

Important Information

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time
  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for climbing
  • Climbing shoes are provided
  • Bring a water bottle
  • 24-hour cancellation notice required

Important Information

  • Memberships can be cancelled at any time
  • Memberships can be paused for $5 per week to hold your class spot
  • Climbing shoes are included in the class price
  • Bring a water bottle
  • Classes are on a first come first served basis so it is best to book in
  • As of 2025 we will no longer be accepting payments in store, all payments will need to be made using the online website or Class Portal

How do I create a membership?

Login to the portal using the above steps:

  1. Scroll down to the "Your Membership Details" section or click on the "Manage Your Membership" quick link in the links section at the top of the page
  2. Click on the "Purchase The Ascent Plan" button
  3. Enter your details into the form and then follow the payment prompts to set up the membership
  4. Once the membership is created you will be returned to the Member Portal page and will now see a membership for the entered child name listed under "Subscription Details"

How do i cancel a membership

    1. Scroll to the "Your Membership Details" section
    2. Under the "Subscription Details" section you will find all the current plans
    3. Click on the plan for the person of interest to see their details. The Cancel / Pause buttons will be at the bottom of the opened section
    4. Click on the Cancel button and follow the promts, the membership will now be cancelled and you will no longer be able to book classes

Can i Pause my membership

Yes, memberships can be paused at any time and for any length of time.  pausing a membership costs $5 per week in order to save your class spot:

    1. Scroll to the "Your Membership Details" section and find the relevant subscription under "Subscription Details"
    2. Click the subscription to expand the details section
    3. Then click the pause button, enter the required form details
    4. Then make the relevant payment following the prompts
    5. Your membership will now be paused for the selected period. Your membership will be restarted after the selected date

Can I create multiple memberships

Yes, you can quickly and easily create as many memberships as you wish in any combination you wish.  Want 2 membership and a One-by-One plan.  Simple just follow the steps above to create a membership.

Can my children climb ourside of class hours?

No, the price includes the class times only. If your kids would like to climb outside of class hours you must purchase a casual pass or hold a current membership to the gym.
