Hi, if you're here I'm guessing you love climbing as much as me!
I got hooked on climbing from my very first climb and have now been climbing for over 4 years. I started climbing outdoors and quickly became a regular at both the climbing gym and outdoor crags early on in my climbing.
I am passionate about climbing, physical training, and mental training. I enjoy helping others learn about climbing movement and how to move more efficiently within the constraints of their own morphology.
The uniqueness of each climber is fascinating.
I've worked through my fair share of injuries first hand so training for injury prevention has become something of a passion along the way!
