9.1 Social Promotion Content
When you enter an advertised Wall Walkers social promotion using its specified account tag and campaign hashtag, we may collect your submitted post or Reel, caption, social account name and identifier, source link, posting date, campaign tags and information needed to verify eligibility. We may collect this information from the social platform through permitted integrations, manual review or directly from you. We may retain an entry record and the version of the campaign terms applicable to your submission.
We use this information to administer the promotion, review submissions, select and contact winners, and exercise the content permission described in our social promotion terms. Approved content and your social account name may be shown publicly on our in-store displays, in advertising and on our social channels, including in later campaigns while permission remains in effect. Service providers supporting storage, editing, displays and advertising may process the content for us; social and advertising platforms may process it outside Australia under their own privacy policies.
We retain reusable content while the permitted marketing use remains current and necessary. When that use ends or permission is withdrawn, we remove it from active marketing use and delete or de-identify copies no longer needed, subject to legal requirements. Limited entry, permission, withdrawal and prize records may be retained as necessary to administer the promotion, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
