User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Sign in to your Wall Walkers account.
2. Open Profile, then select the Account tab.
3. Under Delete Account, select Request Account Deletion and follow the confirmation steps.

Email us from the address associated with your Wall Walkers account. Use the subject User data deletion request and include your name plus enough information for us to identify the correct account.

Do not send your password, full payment-card details, medical documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Wall Walkers uses Meta services to manage advertising and measure campaign performance. If your request concerns personal information received through Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service, state this in your account-deletion reason or email so we can include it in our review.

The Wall Walkers Ads Automation app does not provide Facebook Login to Wall Walkers customers.

• We may contact you to verify your identity and protect your account from an unauthorised deletion.
• We aim to respond within 30 days and will tell you if we reasonably need more time.
• After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information that is no longer required.
• We may retain limited records where required for legal, payment, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
• We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any information we are legally required to retain.
