Important terms and conditions for using Wall Walkers Bouldering facilities and services.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Wall Walkers Bouldering's website, facilities, and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws.
This agreement is legally binding under Australian Consumer Law and is subject to modification at our discretion. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly as they may be updated to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
By accessing our facilities or using our services, you acknowledge that you have:
For users under 18: A parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf, and must sign all required waivers and consent forms.
If you do not accept these terms, you may not access our facilities or use our services. We reserve the right to deny access or terminate services for non-compliance with these terms.
For the purposes of these terms:
Every visitor must hold their own valid access entitlement and complete the required pass activation and check-in before entering, unless entry is expressly authorised by staff. Purchasing or holding an unused pass does not complete check-in. Do not share access credentials, follow another person through the door without completing your own entry process, or open or hold the door to admit someone who has not completed theirs. If activation or check-in fails, contact us before entering.
Following review of access records, CCTV and any explanation provided, confirmed breaches are recorded individually against the person responsible. The following three-strike policy applies per person, not per accompanying guest:
Management discretion: We may waive or reduce a fee, waive or modify a warning or ban, or decide not to record a strike after considering the circumstances. We will confirm any exception in writing. An exception on one occasion does not waive the rules or guarantee the same outcome for a later breach.
Card payment authorisation: By accepting this policy, you authorise Wall Walkers to charge an applicable second-strike or third-strike fee directly to your default billing card on file, including when you are not present, subject to applicable law and any required payment authentication. Before charging, we will notify you of the breach, strike number and amount and provide an opportunity to raise an error. If no authorised default card is available or payment fails, we will request payment separately; we will not treat a stored card alone as acceptance of this policy. Any unpaid admission is separately itemised, taking existing payments and valid entitlements into account.
Review and access: You may ask for a review by emailing [email protected]. Access may be suspended while a breach is reviewed. If suspended or banned, do not enter using another person's access or by following them inside. Return only after written management confirmation that you may do so. Police may be contacted if you enter while permission to attend is revoked.
When this policy applies: This three-strike policy applies to breaches occurring after it has been published, notified to you and accepted by you. For existing customers, any applicable notice period, including the 30 days' written notice for rate changes in these terms, must also have elapsed before a new fee applies. Earlier incidents do not retrospectively incur these fees or automatically become strikes under this new policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Some Wall Walkers locations may require members and casual pass holders to reserve a timed Visit Booking before entry. Visit Bookings help manage capacity and keep access fair for other climbers.
Wall Walkers Bouldering offers various classes including climbing instruction, fitness programs, and youth programs. The following terms apply to all class bookings.
The following cancellation periods apply to casual and other single-session class bookings. They do not apply to school-term enrolments.
The following terms apply to independent instructors offering classes through Wall Walkers Bouldering.
The following terms apply to businesses and individuals participating in our Advertising Partner Program.
The following terms apply to users accessing the Franchisee Portal, including prospective franchisees and approved franchise partners.
Important: Information and documents accessed through the Franchisee Portal are confidential. You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any portal content to third parties without written consent from Wall Walkers Bouldering.
These website terms govern your use of the portal only. Actual franchise relationships are governed by separate legal agreements including Franchise Disclosure Documents and Franchise Agreements, which will be provided during the formal application process.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11.1 Social Promotions and Submitted Content
Where an advertised Wall Walkers promotion clearly identifies its required account tag and campaign hashtag, explains the marketing-use condition and links to these and the campaign-specific terms, submitting a qualifying post or Reel using that tag and hashtag constitutes entry and acceptance of those terms. No separate consent form is required for that entry method. Ordinary tags or mentions, unrelated hashtag use and posts made before the applicable terms were published do not by themselves grant this permission. Stories are not eligible for these promotions.
You retain ownership of your content. As a condition of entry, you grant Wall Walkers Bouldering Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to save, copy, display and repost your submitted content on Wall Walkers in-store marketing displays, in paid and unpaid advertising, and on our social channels. We may select when and where to use it for those purposes and allow service providers to process it on our behalf. This permission includes cropping, trimming, resizing, adding branding or captions, and removing or replacing audio, without misleadingly changing the meaning of your content. We may identify you by your submitted social account name. Entry does not guarantee that your content will be used.
Unless the campaign specifies a shorter period, the licence continues after the promotion closes for future Wall Walkers marketing, including reuse of an archived campaign collection, until you withdraw it by contacting us. If you refuse permission or withdraw it before the draw, your entry is excluded. On withdrawal, we will stop new uses and remove the content from active displays, advertising and posts under our control as soon as reasonably practicable. Withdrawal does not invalidate past authorised use; we cannot recall material already distributed or copies independently shared by others. Withdrawal after a completed draw does not itself cancel an already awarded prize.
You must own the content or have permission to grant these rights, including appropriate permission from identifiable people shown. A platform music licence does not necessarily permit reuse in our advertising or displays; we may omit or replace material not cleared for a proposed use. Campaign terms specify age eligibility; where minors may enter or appear, appropriate parent or guardian permission is required and is not established by a hashtag alone. Content remains subject to eligibility and suitability review, and a tag does not guarantee discovery or acceptance of an entry.
Each campaign sets its dates, entry limits, prize description and value, eligibility, selection method, winner notification and claim process. Campaign-specific terms prevail for that campaign if inconsistent with this section, but do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Later changes do not expand an existing content licence without your agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our promotions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Facebook. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle submission information. Content permission is not consent to email or SMS marketing.
