Nothing in this policy excludes or limits guarantees, remedies or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement as the law provides.
Used products are photographed and described with known wear and defects. A disclosed defect or normal wear is not itself a fault, but contact us if the item materially differs from its listing.
Contact Wall Walkers with your order number and photos where relevant before sending or bringing an item back. We’ll confirm the appropriate return or inspection process. A refund does not automatically return a used item to saleable inventory; it must be inspected first.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size or decide you no longer want the item. This includes used climbing shoes and other used footwear, where hygiene is an additional consideration. Please review the listing, condition notes and measurements carefully before purchasing. This policy does not affect any remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.
