Getting ready for your first climb at Wall Walkers? Watch the video above to see the casual-pass purchase process and where your new pass appears in your account, or follow the steps below.
Before you start
Complete your online waiver and required safety steps, then follow the account setup prompts. Have your Card ID ready; it is provided after completing your waiver. You can begin on our First Timers page.
Online casual passes are for self-entry. If you need staffed assistance, including youth or student supervised entry, purchase in-gym during staffed hours.
Buy your casual pass
- Open casual-pass signup. Visit Buy a Casual Pass. If your waiver is complete, choose Yes, I have.
- Find your account. Enter your Card ID and choose Continue. Complete any email verification or profile-photo prompts shown.
- Choose your pass. Select the access option that suits when you want to climb, and check the quantity.
- Add rental gear if needed. Select shoe or chalk rental, then confirm that you have selected the required gear or will bring your own. Choose Continue.
- Choose your location. Select the gym where you will use the pass.
- Review your purchase. Check the pass, rentals, location and total. Read and confirm the access conditions.
- Complete checkout. Choose Pay and follow the secure payment steps. After successful checkout, you will return to the purchase confirmation page.
Find your new pass
Sign in to your Wall Walkers account and open My Passes. Your new unused pass should appear as Available. Check the location, access tier and expiry date before visiting.
When you arrive at the gym, choose Use Pass and follow the entry prompts. Your pass must be valid for the location and time of your visit. If your selected location requires a visit booking, complete that booking before entry.
If your pass does not appear
Check that checkout completed successfully and that you are signed in to the account used for the purchase. Refresh My Passes. If you still cannot find it, contact the Wall Walkers team with your purchase confirmation before buying another pass.
