Check Ready to use
Open My Rewards and look for available offers under Ready to use. Read each reward's value, eligible purchase, expiry date and terms. Your available rewards may differ from the demonstration.
Understand your achievements
Achievements contains badges that recognise milestones. A badge is not spending credit or a discount code. Usable offers have their own details and conditions.
Explore Ways to earn
Ways to earn shows requirements and your progress towards eligible rewards. The example shows email and phone verification as steps towards a casual-pass offer. Follow the Complete link when one is provided. Check the current benefit and conditions in your account.
Apply an available offer
Read the terms and copy the reward code if needed. For an eligible casual-pass offer, choose Buy a casual pass. The code carries into pass setup. Continue with your account details and check that the expected discount appears before paying.
Use your reward before it expires
Opening an offer or copying its code does not redeem it. Complete an eligible checkout before the expiry date. Check whether the offer can be combined with other discounts. If the expected discount is missing, check the code and eligibility or contact the Wall Walkers team before paying.
