Plan your outdoor climb: check boulder-mat availability, confirm your member booking and find your reservation in the portal.

Find the boulder mat
Sign in and open Bookable Items. Find the Boulder Mat and select View dates & book.
Choose your dates
Select your pickup and return dates and times, then the quantity you need. Choose Check dates & price to check availability and your quote.
Review the member hire conditions
Member hire currently has no hire charge or deposit for bookings up to 48 hours. Longer bookings require approval. Availability and the pricing and conditions shown at the time of booking apply. Return the mat in good working condition: normal wear is accepted, but obvious misuse is not.
Confirm your reservation
Read and accept the booking conditions, then choose Confirm booking. Check the resulting status rather than assuming a reservation has been confirmed. If approval is required, follow the instructions shown.
Find your booking afterwards
Open My bookings inside Bookable Items. Check the reservation status, pickup and return times and total. Use the available cancellation option if your plans change, subject to the displayed conditions. Equipment reservations are separate from class bookings in My Classes.
